Do I need to connect my eBay account?
No. Stockroom does not request access to your eBay account. Inventory, sales, fees, shipping costs, and refunds are entered manually.
Can I use an eBay export to import my inventory?
Not directly. Prepare your unsold inventory using Stockroom’s CSV template, then review and confirm the import. eBay order exports and completed-sales history are not supported import formats.
How do I account for eBay fees?
Enter the fee amount from your sale records when you record the sale. The free profit calculator can help with an estimate before a sale, using the fee amount you enter.
